OVERVIEW
We are a two-way radio product designer and manufacturer established in 2001. Our principle line of business is the design and manufacture of two-way radios and baby monitor products. We offer one-stop services covering product design and development, sourcing and procurement, production and assembly, sales, marketing and logistics and after-sales services.
 
We have been engaged in the design and manufacture of two-way radios since our establishment. Throughout the years in our history, we have devoted significant efforts to capitalise on our product design and production capabilities by continuing to launch new products and product models and expand into new markets and segments.
 
We have offices inbothShenzhen and Hong Kong. In addition, we have two other production facilities in Shenzhen and Yunfu CityofChina. Our operation and production base havea total gross floor area of over17,500square meters.
 
In 2006 our largest customer procured our two-way radios for the European market and placed orders with us for the US market in 2007. In 2009, we launched our digital video baby monitor. In 2012, we launched our marine handheld floating radio. In 2013,we launched our digital audio baby monitor. In 2014, we launched our dPMR digital two-way radio.
 
Our two-way radio product range includes consumer grade radios (coveringFRS/GMRS radios and PMR radios) and commercial grade radios (covering emergency and weather alert radios (analog), marine handheld floating radios (analog) and dPMR radios (digital)); and our baby monitor product range covers analog audio baby monitors, digital audio baby monitors and digital video baby monitors.
 
Our achievements in product development have garnered recognition. We are recognized as a High and New Technology Enterprise issued by The Committee of Science and Technology Innovation of Shenzhen, Finance Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, Shenzhen Provincial State Administration of Taxation, Shenzhen Provincial Local Taxation Bureau.
 
We concentrate our efforts in growing our business by generating sales, diversifying our product range and improving our design and development capabilities.
